Job Description

As Sustainability and HR Project Manager you will take in charge :

Active participation to the project “ManoMano 2025” to define our Responsibility vision:

  • Relationship management and coordination of the work with the consulting firm accompanying us on the project

Operational management of the ManoImpact initiative:

  • Follow-up and support for the various responsible projects launched as part of the ManoImpact initiative (carbon neutrality, green IT, responsible catalogue, etc.).
  • Coordination of the various stakeholders involved in the project (operational staff, project team, CODIR members)
  • Internal communication about the project to make it known to the teams.

Steering of Sustainability projects managed within the People team:

  • Follow-up and support for projects managed within the People team, in particular in terms of skills sponsorship or Responsible Tech.

Active participation to transversal People Projects:

  • Coordination and/or participation to major People projects such as definition of a vision for our managerial & leadership community, or working on ManoMano culture.

Preferred Experience

What about you ?

  • At least 6 years of experience in project and change management
  • Skilled in project and change management, with ideally a previous involvement on transformation projects within a consulting firm
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to federate and embark teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong appetite for Sustainability as well as People topics
  • Fluent English
