In the Commerce team, and directly reporting to the Promotion Manager, you play a key role in ManoMano's growth through the deployment of our trade marketing strategy. You will be at the center of trade marketing operations and will work hand in hand with various teams in the company (sourcing teams, Manufacturer Account managers, Studio, Brand/ Com, Product teams etc.).
Your role is key to develop the Brand Marketing branch of our Advertising for Partners program. If you love managing cross-functional stakeholders (Seller services team, CRM, Digital marketing, communication, graphists, product, …), pushing projects forward to deliver measurable and meaningful results this position is for you!
From the activation proposal to the reporting, you pilot your activity as a partner for Brands to target our qualified audience but always keep the customer at the center of your decisions.
Your main missions are :
Pilot the Trade marketing operations for all countries
Build proposals: from the brief to the launch you’ll coordinate teams to develop 360° operations: you’ll retrieve Brands needs with MAM teams and propose the best marketing activation (on/offsite) to promote Brands message (newsletters, affiliation, display, SEA, communication etc.).
Build operations: coordinate the retroplanning, brief for message and creative assets, implement onsite activation and ensure that operation are launched on other channels
Manage the calendar with the rest of the Promotion team in order to ensure great synergies between trade marketing activations and commercial animations.
Improve process continuously: with growth comes new needs and additional complexity, you’ll be in charge of improving processes continuously to make teams work together in the best possible way
Analyse and improve performance:
Implement automated dashboards shared with teams to follow performances at Brand and operation level
Analyse and report the operation performance in relation to the Brand objectives
Provide meaningful insights and bring actionable recommendations for next operations, iterate to continuously increase performance
You’ll be involved in various projects aimed at developing onsite real estate, page and audience targeting
Work closely with marketing & communications teams to develop our trade marketing offer off site and build successful digital and media campaigns
