Job Description

As a real strategic growth driver, ManoMano is now building and speeding up its logistics and transport activities in France and in Europe. We wants to ease sellers’ operations. We are offering transport master contracts and innovative transport solutions to our sellers in order to create the best delivery experience for our beloved customers.

For this purpose, we are looking for a talented Transport Strategic Contract Manager to help us grow our Transport team. You will take over the partnership with top carriers and manage the onboarding and seller support for transport master contracts. From the onboarding to the invoicing, you will be in charge of the management of carriers and sellers account to offer our customers an exceptional delivery experience.
Your work will have a considerable impact on ManoMano’s growth.

Your missions

Formalize Transport Master Contract Standard

  • Build tripartite transport master contracts
  • Define billing process
  • Define customer service process
  • Design onboarding chart & communication support
  • Build commercial dashboard

Communicate Transport Master Contract

  • Provide commercial information to sellers
  • Integrate master contract to newsletter
  • Collaborate with sourcing and quality team to define onboarding priorities
  • Define a commercial approach to deploy massively and fastly

Onboard Sellers

  • Support chart and contract signature
  • Provide 1 month extra care

Sellers Support

  • Manage sellers billing monthly : update & monitor P&L, manage invoicing, reconciliation & damages
  • Performance review : create dashboard, organize steering committee with top carriers
  • Strategy : identify solutions to make our master contract more attractive to sellers, identify new transport needs from our sellers
  • Project Management : integrate ManoMano tools to contract management, automatize sellers invoicing, explore relevance of new tools

Preferred Experience

  • Project Management skills
  • Excellent commercial skills
  • Keen to handle administrative tasks
  • Analytical skills required
  • Autonomous, business driven, strong rigour in the workplace
  • Curious and passionate about innovation in Ecommerce/Marketplace
  • Fluency in English. French, German, Italian or Spanish is a plus
